Service areas
Tacoma, Pierce County and the South Puget Sound corridor.
Most issues are resolved remotely within minutes, and for those it makes no difference where you are. Distance matters for the rest: a failed switch, a dead workstation, a new office fit out. These are the areas we can reach the same day.
Tacoma
The base of operations, covering downtown, the Dome District, the Nalley Valley industrial corridor, the Tacoma Mall business area and the Port. Port adjacent businesses tend to have requirements the rest of the city does not, particularly around round the clock operation and warehouse wireless coverage.
Beyond the county line
Olympia, Lacey and the Kent Valley sit outside Pierce County but inside the same working radius. The Kent Valley in particular carries a heavy concentration of warehousing and light manufacturing, which is a different support profile to an office based client.
A note on how these pages are built
A lot of IT providers publish one page per city with the name swapped and nothing else changed. It is easy to spot, it does not rank, and it tells you nothing useful.
Each area page here covers what is genuinely different about working in that place: the industries concentrated there, the realistic travel time, and any local requirement worth knowing about. Where there is nothing distinctive to say about a town, it stays a line on this page rather than becoming a page of its own.
Start with the assessment, not the contract.
We document what you have, test whether your backups restore, and give you the findings in writing. Yours to keep either way.
