About

A managed IT provider built for Pierce County businesses.

Small enough that you deal with people who know your environment, structured enough that coverage does not depend on one person being available. We work with businesses roughly between 10 and 150 seats across Tacoma and the surrounding corridor.

How we work

Every engagement starts with documentation, because most businesses cannot produce a list of their own devices, licences and vendor accounts, and a provider who does not have that list is guessing.

From there the first 90 days are spent stabilising: monitoring on every endpoint, patching on a schedule, multi factor authentication enforced, and the faults that have been recurring for months traced to a cause instead of closed again.

Only after that does the conversation turn to roadmaps and budget. Planning three years ahead on an environment nobody has documented is theatre.

What we hold to

Flat fee, so incentives point the same way

Hourly billing pays a provider most in the months your systems behave worst. A flat fee only becomes profitable when the environment is stable, which is the outcome you are actually buying.

Documentation belongs to you

Your asset inventory, network diagrams, credentials and backups are yours, during the agreement and on the day you leave. This is written into the contract rather than promised on a call.

Root cause over ticket count

A help desk that only closes tickets is a call centre. Recurring faults are tracked by cause and queued to be fixed properly, which is why ticket volume should fall over the first year.

We will tell you when the answer is no

If a business is better served staying with its current provider, or is too small for managed services to make financial sense, saying so costs one sale and saves everyone a bad year.

Start with the assessment, not the contract.

We document what you have, test whether your backups restore, and give you the findings in writing. Yours to keep either way.
