Privacy policy

What this site collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. Written to be read rather than to be scrolled past.

TEMPLATE. Review with counsel before launch. Washington State has specific obligations under RCW 19.255 and the My Health My Data Act that may apply depending on the clients served.

What we collect

If you contact us by phone or email, we keep what you send us so we can respond and, if you become a client, so we can deliver the service. We do not sell that information or share it with anyone outside the delivery of the service.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies, loads no analytics or advertising scripts, and stores nothing in your browser. There is no contact form: everything on this site is a page to read, and the only ways to reach us are the telephone number and email address published on it. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, as any web host does, which we do not use to build a profile of you.

Client data

Under a managed services agreement we necessarily have access to systems that hold your business data. That access is governed by the agreement itself, including confidentiality terms, access controls and what happens to credentials and documentation when the agreement ends. Nothing in this policy overrides those terms.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to retain it. Email support@manageditservicestacoma.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be posted here with a revised date.
